The interview process from submission to job offer was around 1.5 months. There were 2-3 stages... 1) There may have been questions you have to answer in the application. If you want the job, answer them! It doesn't take long 2) Self-recorded timed interview asking general conceptual questions 3) 4 30-minute interviews with 2 people per. Very standard Do your research and make sure you let them know you want the opportunity. They like people that are eager to learn! Have enthusiastic thoughtful questions, it'll help. Don't have them ask you questions. Ask them questions and feed off what they say. I always had around 15-20 questions I could ask them. Most of them were asking about the team (camaraderie, etc.)
