Got an interview after applying through campus career center. The interviewer was very professional and asked many behavioral questions as well as questions about my resume. He was very nice and easy to talk to. It was my first interview for a full-time job so nerves got in the way but nothing tricky happened.

2 Phone screens & one in-person super day. Super unorganized interview- the panel was scheduled through lunchtime and there was no spot in my schedule for lunch. The company didn't even offer to pay- they just got someone to show me where the cafeteria was and expected me to pay for myself. One of the interviewers was extremely snarky and basically acted like she didn't understand why I wanted to work there, despite being extremely qualified for the position. The recruiter never reached out first about next steps- I always had to follow up first to find out that I had made it to the next round. After over 2 months of not hearing back and constantly being told of delayed deadlines to make a decision, I decided to withdraw my application. Any firm that lacks this level of professionalism and respect for applicants' time is clearly not a place that I am interested in being affiliated with.
