Interview process was very easy and comforting. A phone interview was conducted first which was about 10/15 minutes and then several days later I was brought in for a face to face interview. The managers that interviewed me were friendly and warm. They both asked normal interview questions and did not try to intimidate me.

Why I feel I would be a good fit to the job I was applying for?
2 interviews. One with HR Rep and 2nd with a hiring manager. Overall great experience. Several situational questions. Process was fairly quick. Both people I interviewed with were really helpful, friendly, and easy to interview with.
Only three interviews all together. It was clear why I wasn’t selected but seems like a decent company that still allows WFH. I met with someone over the phone then transitioned to zoom interviews. Meeting with two people at a time from the team.

Followed up by a telephone interview. The process was very smooth and didn’t take long for them to get back.

So I accepted another offer.
