Had a friend give me a referral for the position. I was contacted by the recruiter within 2-3 days and had a brief phone interview with the typical questions (why do you want to work for Towers Watson; the position; etc). Passed the phone interview, the next step was a Case Study/Assessment. It wasn't a typical case study in that it was more related to the position what scenario's you would encounter as an employee survey analyst. There were 4 question and 90 minutes to complete it.

Interview process was pretty standard. Phone interview with recruiter then on site interview with other members of the team. There was also a skills assessment which included answering questions and reviewing survey results.

Interview process was pretty standard. A little intimidating at first, but everyone made me feel rather comfortable. Process consisted of 5 1:1 interviews, including a lunch interview, and a 2 hour assessment all in one day. Pretty standard behavioral questiones were asked.

Three rounds of assessment. Initial telephone interview with Graduate Recruitment. Assessment centre with 10 other candidates followed by a final day of interviews with the main team. I was surprised at how long it took to hear back from recruitment after the final round. I was finally offered a position almost three weeks after the final interview.
