The recruiter is very very cold. She'll jump straight into the typical "What do you know about us?" She shifted from behavioral model questions to a "What would you do" question with no transition. When she called me to tell me I was moving forward, the conversation lasted less than 30 seconds. The others in the company seemed cold too and a bit uppity. I can tell this company really likes their top-tier schools. I heard if you aren't from Vanderbilt and applying in Nashville, forget about it.
