First Stage is an Online Speed/ Accuracy Test. This is followed by a competancy-based phone interview lasting approximately 40 minutes. Asked for examples of working in a team, improving a process and building a relationship. The interviewer then asked follow ups to these questions, for example for the improving a process question: "and did that really save time/ improve the situation as you wanted it to?" So make sure to back up your answers!

HireView Interview online where I had to record four video answers and write down one answer where I had five minutes. The interview from start to finish was 30 minutes.

Entrevista
Online application form followed by online tests (numerical and situational). Then a video interview stage involving a few questions. The final stage was the assessment centre involving a time management exercise, a panel interview, a group case discussion and a written case exercise.
Video interview; 2 written questions and 2 spoken questions. 15 min time limit on written questions, 3 mins (I think) on spoken.
