Just one regular interview over teams (no pre screening call) with mostly standard questions about previous admin experience and why I was interested in the role. Was offered to progress to the next stage and visit the office in person but declined.

I underwent an initial telephone screening followed by a Teams interview. Although there was a scheduling hiccup for the Teams interview that required a rebooking, I appreciated the additional preparation time it afforded me. The interview itself went well, and the workplace environment appeared friendly and welcoming. However, since the interview, which took place during the first week of December, nearly a month has passed, and I have not received any communication despite being assured that I would be contacted within the following week. Despite reaching out multiple times to inquire about the outcome and seek feedback, I have not received any responses. This lack of communication has been an extremely disappointing and disheartening experience, particularly considering the time and effort invested in the entire process. I had hoped for a more transparent and timely feedback process, and the absence of any response has left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the status of my application.
