I recently attended an interview with WSP Bangalore, and I would like to share my experience. Unfortunately, I found the interview process disappointing and unstructured. The interviewer primarily focused on general questions, such as self-introduction and seismic analysis procedures, without delving into my 10+ years of industry experience or relevant technical expertise. The interaction felt abrupt, and there was no meaningful discussion regarding my skills, past projects, or contributions to the field. Professional interviews should be a two-way evaluation process, ensuring that both the company and the candidate have a fair opportunity to assess compatibility. However, in this case, the approach seemed dismissive and lacked engagement. I sincerely request WSP to ensure that interviewers conduct assessments with fairness, professionalism, and respect for candidates' time and experience. A structured and well-balanced interview process can enhance the company's reputation and attract the right talent. I appreciate your time and hope my feedback helps improve future hiring experiences.
