I applied online. Received email to submit additional documents from project manager and scheduled interview over phone. The interview lasted for about 25-30 minutes. Two people interviewed me and questions ranged from my academic background, my skills and experience with them, my availability and my immigration status. I was not told about the status of my my interview or application for more than two weeks.

Entrevista
Invited for an Interview Day out of a regional office where I attended with other candidates. This day includes a group activity, presentation on why you should work for WSP and a traditional interview. From the get-go you were either "in the club" with the other candidates or were made to feel out of place.

Tell me about a time you failed or made a mistake, and how did you learn from it.
First stage included a cognitive test and then an interview over Microsoft teams with 2 people from the team. Other applicants also had to sit through a group interview before the one on one.

Entrevista
They started by introducing WSP. They asked some questions like what is a disruptor facing the industry, describe a time you worked in a team. Then they finished off with some quickfire questions like do you prefer to start or finish a project, etc.
