Distance interview via teams, questions related to CDM, structural design and then standard interview questions all jobs ask. Featured some situational questions in the CDM and general interview questions. They told me a little about the role and current work. There was a panel of 2 interviewers. I was informed of my offer within 2 weeks.

I was asked to draw bending moment diagrams for some simple beam scenarios
Pretty stress free behavioural questions. Online application process then one way interview and assessment then 2x in person interviews. Both in persons were easy going and with different members of the team you are applying for.
Good interview in general. They asked me fair questions which were relevant to the job.Three people participated from the employer. Relatively efficient process from start to finish, including two rounds of interviews
The interview included application screening, an introductory conversation, a skills scenario, behavioral questions, and a culture discussion, ending with candidate questions, feedback, and clear next steps communicated in a professional, structured, and supportive manner.
