Behavioral interview with managers and construction management team. No technical interview. Interview only went for around 30-40 min and was very straight forward. Interviewers said that internships oftentimes lead to full time roles.
2 Round interview one with Engineers and one with project team leads first round was more technical second round was more behavioral and gettting to know team leads and project managers
Interview with WSP was based on communication and collaboration based questions. It focused on walking through my resume and talking to multple team members about my past exeriences and future goals
