I applied for the role two months ago, and upon following up with the HR representative, I was informed that the position had been put on hold. Last week, HR reached out to see if I was still interested, to which I responded affirmatively. She inquired about my reasons for leaving my current organization, as well as my current and expected salary. I had my first interview this week, which included two interviewers from different time zones. I felt confident about my performance, but I later received an email from HR stating that I was not shortlisted for the next round. It was disappointing, especially since I answered all their questions well. However, they decided to proceed with candidates who had more experience. It's their loss, and I have to move.

Very efficient and good communication. Interciew involved case study presentation then questions on my approach and my style etc. they were super friendly and allowed good time at the end to ask questions

Pretty simple and easy. It was two interviews over the course of a few weeks and then I got an offer shortly after the second interview. It is an entry level position so this may vary by job and department / location.
