Entrevista
The first step is resume screening, and I discussed the salary range and sponsorship with HR through email. The second step is the technical interview. I didn't pass the second stage because of inadequate preparation and lanaguage. They asked very specific questions, such as calculation formulas. I've been using Excel for calculations since graduating, and I couldn't recall them on the spot. I only remembered how to adjust parameters. I recommend thoroughly preparing in advance.

There were two phone interviews, one technical and one with HR. These interviews were conducted on the same day and were both relatively casual and conducted over teams. Following this an offer was made a few weeks later.

Entrevista
The interview process was a great experience in general. The HR specialist (Charlie H.) was very accommodating and helpful during the whole process. The interview environment was good. I was interviewed by 2 of the team leads. Some basic questions about Highway Electrical Assets. Amazing job opportunity. Unfortunately, I had to reject the job offer due to better employee benefits (Leave and pension) at my current job.
