They were very interested in chasing me for an interview, the Talent & Acquisition Manager asked what salary I would want and I told her and she said that should be ok, they have no set salary for the role. Had an interview with 2 people and it went well until they asked what salary I wanted. It is unusual for the person who you are taking over from to ask you this. Then they just ghosted me after a few emails asking what the situation was, either yes or no. I find them very unprofessional. A quick email letting me know would be the right thing to do.

What is the salary I would like. This should have been discussed and locked in prior to wasting my time.
Pretty stress free behavioural questions. Online application process then one way interview and assessment then 2x in person interviews. Both in persons were easy going and with different members of the team you are applying for.
Good interview in general. They asked me fair questions which were relevant to the job.Three people participated from the employer. Relatively efficient process from start to finish, including two rounds of interviews
