I applied through my university job portal. I interviewed online in summer 2021. The interview was more of a conversation of my past experiences with volunteering, internships and projects. Applications, interviews and offers were according to the universities set schedule

2 Round interview one with Engineers and one with project team leads first round was more technical second round was more behavioral and gettting to know team leads and project managers
Interview with WSP was based on communication and collaboration based questions. It focused on walking through my resume and talking to multple team members about my past exeriences and future goals
