I had a screening call to book the interview in and had the interview a week later. They didn't get to me after a month and I had to phone them to find out I didn't get the job, I thought this was quite rude

I was unsure if I had received an interview offer with them due to the fact that many other people I knew apply for an internship (but different fields) had already received an interview offer. A couple of weeks later, I received a phone call, had I not rung back, I would’ve not known about it because they didn’t send me an email telling me they were interested in interviewing me.
A week later I interviewed on Microsoft teams, I was unable to tell what they thought of me. although it seemed to be going well because they agreed with everything I was saying. I say that I am unable to tell what they thought of me because I haven’t received a rejection or acceptance yet and it’s past the date they said they would get back to me.
It was a good interview, super chill, asks all the main and most common interview questions.

Job requires late hours which you aren’t expected to do all the time, but would you be up for it. You would not be required to show up super early the next day.

Entrevista
Two relaxed but structured interviews. First interview was a competency based interview which included the opportunity to show how much you knew about the company and aspirations for joining. Second interview was a technical interview which included an ID test, questions on survey methods and legislation.
