HR calls first and gets to know you for a bit. Then a interview with the hiring managers are set up. After that, they review your transcript from university or college. Then, they call your references.

Entrevista
First phone interview scheduled with Manager. Afterwards, proceeded to in-person interview with HR Representative and potential Team Lead with Manager on the line via conference call. A series of typical HR questions were asked by HR Rep followed by more technical + personal questions from potential team lead and manager. At the end, I was asked about any questions I had in open discussion format and salary expectations.
