Two interviews, one with the hiring manager and director then with the hiring manager and team director. Followed by test then follow up feedback call.
The whole process took around 4 weeks, communication was quite poor
throughout. They then put recruitment on hold.
Really good interview with in depth questions and very clear what they were looking for. Unfortunately they have taken over 3 weeks and counting to make a decision. Which has put me off them a little
long, it was interesting to hear more about a program and feel let on and then not go anywhere despite the positive feedback received throughout. the discussion was also shorter than expected due to tech restrictions on the interviewer side, so that was a frustrating piece.

resume selection , aptitude test followed by technical test and then interview finally they will ask to come their head office either in Bangalore or Noida , then followed by essay writing , questions based on HR round then group activity and finally personal interview.
