I applied for the position through the WSO2 careers email and was shortlisted after a phone call. My interview with the targeted team lead was held one week later, and I was informed of my status the next working day

Just a 5 minute talking and they decide candidate good or not. If you are applying for this, you need to be good in English. They didn't ask me questions related to technical they asking just random questions.
