This session was attended by the CEO and Board of Directors of GroupM Malaysia. In this session, we were evaluated based on the following criteria:
1. Collaboration: Team work, engagement, working with people from diverse background/personalities.
2. Personal Branding: Self-presentation and image projection.
3. Communication: Interpersonal skills, public speaking, mannerism.
4. Fundamentals of the Business: Thought process, potentials, skills and knowledge in both Digital and Traditional Media
5. Resourcefulness: Ability to find different ways to gather needed information, interpret and story-tell.
This question is a great way to learn more about the candidate’s background and what they’re passionate about. It can also help you understand how they define success, which can be an important factor in their future performance at GroupM.
