Telephone interview. Semi-informal. Interviewer was very kind and answered all of my questions fairly thoroughly (I had quite a few). I have an in person 2nd interview scheduled tomorrow morning with a skills set test and tour of the facility. I'm very much looking forward to learning more about the job expectations and company culture.
