It was good and detailed and it let me understand my upcoming job responsibilities. HR and Ops manager both were helpful and hiring process was smooth. Overall it was a good experience.

Subsequently after confirmation there was an HR round.
Salary negotiation is key as the annual appraisals are pretty bad.
Brushing up on work already done and previous experience is important.

Interview Process was smooth. I was lucky at that time that I had only 1 round of interview. However, if you apply now, there are couple of Interview rounds which you need to clear. WNS is a BPM company which works in Waterfall and Agile both.

I applied for Deputy Manager post. All the interview questions were regarding Project Management stuff and some of them on Business Analysis like:
1. How you determine if the project is going over budget?
2. How you manage Change Requests in the Fixed Cost Project?
