There were 5rounds.. email , aptitude, psychometric, HR and last Chat round . IT took 6-7 hours to reach last round chat round . The HR round is conducted by training manger , and also the chat round ! The HR at reception goes on break frequently. After reaching the last chat round I was FAILED in the interview. Reason is unknown!!!! They are in need of male candidate so that they have no issues with night shift ! Worst interview process.. with extremely bad HR ! I don’t understand why HR round was conducted with training manager and not the TL/ PL of the particular process !
