The process was very unprofessional. The recruiter that called after I applied online went through the standard questions and I shared my current salary, and expectation not to lose money in a job move. She didn't hesitate to schedule my interview. On the day of my interview it was 10 minutes before I could even find someone who knew anything about interviews, another 10 minutes before my interviewer came in and he didn't even know I was coming. He was rude and condescending telling me the job there is way harder than what I do now and really talking down to me. When we got to compensation he said they don't pay more than $18.00/hour for the job. That is not what I had read online and not even close to the expectations set by the recruiter. I don't know if the recruiter is paid by how many people she brings in but it was insulting and a waste of time.

The interview process was one on one with the route manager for waste management. The interview lasted approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. The job description and the job responsibilities were explained clearly. The manager also explained the benefits of working at waste management clearly.

3 interviews, pretty laid back. Because of COVID I had 1 online interview then a phone interview and then an in person interview which was more of a get to know each other to see if I was the right fit for the team.

Not good at all. Employer is hard to reach even for a scheduled appointment. No respect for employees or prospective employees. Poorly managed on the local level. Never returns phone calls or messages
