2 interviews, one with hiring manager, the other with the team. Reasonable questions about my past experience and relevance, attitude and what I can bring to do the team. Was good, quick and reasonably decisive.

Honest and straightforward. There was no time wasting and no attempt to 'catch you out'. Very open conversation although the role seemed to change during the interview / discussion. This wasn't a big issue but lead to prefer another role elsewhere as lead time increased.
