Scheduled interview over phone but HR didn't send email confirmation. Had to ring back to confirm. Arrived on the day and waited for 30mins at reception before site manager turned up to tell me they weren't aware of my interview. Very frustrating. Showed the site manager the confirmation interview and he was gobsmacked. Apologised and told me they"ll reschedule it. Arrived for interview again and spent 10mins walking around offices to find an empty room that they failed to book for the interview. Very poor management and very disorganised.

Screen interview, assessment test, HR interview, then interview with the Manager lastly tour interview. Overall Not bad if you know your technical aspects. Just make sure you know both electrical and mechanical engineering
