My interview process only took one week to complete (which was great!) but then they took 3 weeks to get back to me with a decision only to reject me via email with no feedback given. Never have I been pushed to the side like this is manager level interviews. For a company that says they pride themselves on wellness, taking care of employees and feedback, that was not even kind of true in the interview process. Remember, a company never treats you better than they do when you’re a candidate!
