First interview was just to know a litle bit about myself and my knowledge. Second interview was with the CTO and one tech lead. Some questions about myself and the technologies used in the company.

Entrevista
Starts with a short phone screen with a recruiter where you discuss aspects like pay, the job, and the interview process. After this, you get a "take-home" code test and questionnaire. Then you move onto an interview with the hiring manager which is about 30 minutes. This interview is a mix of experience questions and fitment questions for the position. After this interview, I proceeded to a technical interview with the hiring manager. This was a 45-minute interview and consisted of 2 coding questions and one open-ended conversational technical question. The questions were all very easy to solve in the timeframe allotted and you had additional time at the end to ask questions. The final step was the team interview stage where I interviewed with two engineers at WEX and got asked a variety of questions regarding experience, behavioral questions, and some that seemed more situational. This was another 45-minute interview. Communication with the recruiter during the process was great. I always knew what the next steps were and was provided a very tight timeline of when steps would occur. The best interview process that I have ever experienced. Everyone was very friendly, and the hiring manager (Ken) provides a laid-back atmosphere for interviews. One of the worst parts of interviews in my eyes is the stress, so when a hiring manager takes that out of the picture, it makes the process that much easier.
