It was a day-long process where you spend time in the newsroom and go out for lunch with directors and editors and other radio folks. You also meet some of your potential colleagues and they get to sit down and interview you. They ask the questions you would expect and let you observe how the radio programs work and you get a tour of the building and spaces you might be using. There's also a group interview at the end.
