Very unprofessional process in the most recent interviews. I got a call from HR asking all details regarding my roles and responsibilities in the current company, notice period and expected salary. She scheduled an interview the very next day. On the day of interview I was there at their office by the time it was mentioned, after waiting for half an hour HR Said that manager is not available and would be arranging a telephonic interview. I left the office hoping that they would arrange telephonic interview, with the frequent followups they mentioned that they would not be processing my profile since they expected a shorter notice period. The process held is very unprofessional. We had to follow up them for arranging an interview. Management had to create some professional environment.
