I applied online due to a professor referring me to the position. I first had a video interview with a company they outsource their HR stuff to. Then they brought me in for an on site interview then the following week for a second on site interview. It is a very small company so I was interviewed by a lot of the higher up people including one of the owners. They emphasize a lot on wanting a good company culture. I was given an offer, however I did decline because I didn't like the location and the benefits weren't that great.
