Entrevista
So I applied online because there was a "Hiring Event" going on with the whole company at various locations in Los Angeles county. I got there at 8am and there were maybe 2 dozen people there before me. The manager didn't start interviewing until 9:30 a.m. And they took 6 people at a time, every 45 minutes. I didn't get out of there until noon. The actual interview was 2 minutes long, and I was not asked any professional questions. He didn't seem interested in the fact that I had a college degree, and a lot of experience. He was probably younger than me, and I'm in my early 20's. It was almost like he was looking for hot dumb girls that wouldn't mind being a courtesy clerk for the rest of their life. The experience was horrible. I knew I didn't have the job, though I applied for a different position than what most people were there for. He told me the position was now closed, and that he could "probably offer me a position in courtesy clerk. I believe I was too much for them, or overqualified.

Pregunta 1
"So, like, um, what was your favorite part about your last job?"
Chat with hiring manager, Asked past experience, Background check, Asked availability, Asked for interests, Asked about any work history in groceries, Asked to schedule start date, overall a smooth experience
It was pretty easy and felt just like a normal conversation with the manager. I just sat down and had a 20 minute conversation about availability and previous job experiences.
