There was a phone screening with the hiring manager. It was followed by an in person interview. Lastly there was a ride along with current employees. For the ride along it was required that you make a powerpoint about yourself, but they indicated it was to "show your personality" as opposed to being a professionally appearing document.

Had an initial quick phone call followed by an in person interview in the office. After that was offered a chance to shadow an employee in the role I was applying for for the day. Did not receive an offer following shadow day.
Seems like a nice young company culture, however the interviewer clearly did not understand how to adjust the process for someone with a fair amount of professional experience and not someone fresh out of college.

Went in for 2 interviews also had a person from career builder call be before speaking to manager at vonage. had to present business plan with power point. Manager stressed "asking for the job" at the end of the business plan
