It had 4 interviews. One with recruiter, second with the hiring manager, third with team members and final one with head of the department. Each session had a higher level of difficulty than the previous. The interviewers were quite friendly.

Fueron unas 4 entrevistas, tres de ellas técnicas y un screener. Proceso un poco largo para lo que estoy acostumbrado, pero siempre fueron transparentes. Me entrevistaron personas muy cálidas y me hicieron preguntas que tenían sentidos y eran acordes con el puesto.

Recruiter call and technical interviews online. mostly abstract tech interviews, they should add to their platform a feature like a whiteboard (for writing code).
I think the process itself is efficient, the recruiter was nice, but in the tech interview I didn't connect well to one of the two interviewers - he had a very different communication style then me.
