It was all situational with a panel of human resources and managers
The atmosphere was in a meeting room, without pictures or charts.
The table was rather large, and the seats were not comfortable.
The temperature was hot.

Had a positive phone interview experience with the recruiter for a corporate role based out of the Greensboro location. The Hiring Manager told me during the interview that they wanted me scheduled for a panel interview the following week with their boss. I exchanged emails with the recruiter over the next week, only for her to completely ghost me while she was scheduling the panel interview. For a candidate interviewing for a manager level role with a VP, this was incredibly disappointing that there was no follow up or follow through.

There were three steps, starting with Interview with hiring manager, then a step Interview with HR and a competence test to validate.
The steps were smooth and quite fast. Everyone very respectful, attentive and supportive.
HR filter with general questions related to the position and your motivation, then meet the Manager for a leadership specific set of questions . Good atmosphere, friendly approach that makes you feel comfortable
