The only interview was a phone screen that took 10 mins at most. They asked to summarize resume, then asked how much I wanted to make and when I could start. They are desperate to hire people with any level of CAD experience.

Did only a phone interview with them . All questions were behavioral "tell me about a time you ........" questions , not much from my resume. I lost interest in about 15 minutes .
