Good collaborative interesting view of the company and relevant questions asked. It wasn't multi stage so the process was over very quickly and I received the job. Decent package offered so I accepted

Entrevista
Sift then face to face. It was a very negative experience. Initial interview by HR then I was interviewed by the hiring manager and contract manager. The contract manager did not ask a single question. I was in my late fifties and felt they were very ageist.
The hiring manager asked a few questions but I felt like terminating the interview as I could see it was not going anywhere which I believe was down to my age.
Another good example of a company stating they are diverse but not actually practising what they preach.
Never had any feedback from the interview, not even a thanks but no thanks.
