I applied online, and was contacted two weeks later. I met with two marketing coordinators who made me feel very welcome and comfortable while asking standard questions. The interview took perhaps an hour and a half. Unfortunately I was not told in advance that I would be required to perform an on-the-spot writing test, where I was encouraged to aim for 500 words in a half hour on a surprise topic (it was suggested that I should have had forewarning). Overall the experience was positive and the conversation was pleasant, although I personally doubt that a half hour is a reasonable amount of time to compose a 500 word audition piece.
