Good communication through an agency as well as a very good telephone interview. The second face to face interview the chap was 20 minutes late and only gave 40 minutes of the hour from the get go where he seemed to read my CV during and even had his phone on during the interview that went off. He didn’t want anyone unless they had been consistently working in startups which is fine but don’t bother wasting everyone’s time when this is clearly not the candidate in front of you. Despite giving good evidence of working in smaller businesses owned by larger ones / subsidiaries this was their only feedback as to not to proceed. What a waste of time and money on all parts. They need to actually do you the courtesy of reading you’re CV beforehand and actual give the time allotted when folks are making the effort.
