Entrevista
1.Recruiter will call and give an overview of the team and responsibilities.
2. Next round was setup with the Tech director.
3. Face to Face with the Project lead in the next round.
The recruiter was very mean when my plans changed, he doesn't have any tolerance when I cancelled the interview 1 day earlier. He sent a huge mail with tantrums, I guess Vitech should not hire these kind of people for recruitment, it is very bad for your reputation.

1. What would you do when the request to a server was un-responsive
2. What steps do you take to fix a long running query.
3. What do you do to fix a OutOfmemory issue on the server.
Not entirely true, the candidate was told that sending an email at 8 or 9 pm the night before an 8:30 am interview because he received a contract extension was not the most professional way to do things and explained that several people had taken time out of a busy schedule to meet with him. There was no tantrum or huge email. Just an opinion that there was a better way to handle things. And he was wished the best of luck.
