Started with a HR screening and then an interview with hiring manager. There seemed to be some disconnect between the HR representative and the hiring manager on expectation of the job role and what specifically the hiring manager was looking for. Seems slightly disorganized and disjointed. The HR representative also called me before the interview to basically try to coach me for the hiring manager interview. I don't know if they just weren't receiving a lot of applicants but she seemed to be trying to justify my resume to him even though it seemed I wasn't what he was looking for.
