Applied through recruiter. Process took 3 to 4 weeks. Interview team is very friendly.Questions are from projects and Java. Most of them are based on experience and meaningful. Lot of discussion about my leadership and mentoring. They have asked me about problem/conflict resolution during disagreement. They were interested in my code review, code quality and documentation skills.
