Easy. Not a lot of questions asked other than schooling and background. Asked about my availability and they explained what the job entailed. Introduced me to the other team members.

Long, and inadequate for fair judgment and decision making for qualifications. You have to take a careers test on line. The owners go by this test score religiously, maybe unfair to the individual testing due to a low test score in one area may disqualify that person even though they may be very well suited for the position.
