The hiring process is too long. They provided a resume template which had to be carried along with ur resume and passport size photo. Without any hr discussion or a simple hr call, they have a aptitude test. The aptitude test round was conducted in the terrace. Coz they dint hv place in the conference room. That was the funniest part. The questions were high level without options. So be prepared like in CAT exam. hahahahaha.. Its a very small company nd very difficult entrance process just to get a small pay. I travel all the way from Mumbai to Pune. No hr interaction.Really not worth.

This is very simple process. You just have to prepare yourself to work like a labor without expecting your salaries on time. Thats it you are selected for this penny paying job

An absurd little easy-to-pass test. Not difficult in the slightest as of course, they want you more than you want them. Once you've done that its into roughly a day's worth of brief training and they'll throw a report in your face to try and come up with.
