Spoke to company's onsite recruiter by phone interview first, then onsite, then onsite with hiring manager. Recruiter was a pleasure to speak to, hiring manager on the other hand did not seem to know why or what position he was hiring for. Hiring manager really only discussed how and by whom the company was started and run by. Truly a waste of time.

Three seperate interview sessions, one via phone, and the others with multiple people. Was given the history of the company and how it grew to it's current size.
After the interview, was given a tour of the building and introduced to a few managers and employees.
Was taken to lunch where we discussed the culture of the company.
