The first two stages were fine. The in-person interview felt awkward. Both interviewers were quite reserved, and the questions came across as unstructured and limited. There were no competency/STAR style questions, which made it difficult to fully demonstrate relevant experience or clearly understand what they were assessing.
I had to follow up for updates after the final stage and never received a clear or formal rejection, which made the overall process feel unclear and poorly communicated.
