They looked like they are mass hiring in all of their subsidiaries, went a few weeks back and there is a queue for interview. No basic, fully based on commission which will only be told when you attend the interview.
First interview was done over whatsapp video call, interviewer was late and didn’t really apologise nor explained why which was a bit unprofessional. Also kept cutting me off when I was sharing more about myself.

Went for the initial zoom call before I was called down for a face-to-face interview.
They seemed to have many other interviewees as well. Was nervous but maybe I was lucky, my interviewer was very friendly. I like how she made the session like a conversation rather than just a Q&A.
