The recruiter always called me without informing me in advance, but was never available if I called her back. The recruiting team failed to explain the recruiting situation and not responsive, and they did not pay for the onsite interview trip. The interview panel seemed they did not know what candidates they were looking for and they had big but very vague picture in their mind. Overall this is a very disappointing interview experience.
Very uncertain outcome because I had 3 rounds of interviews plus a screening call in the span of 2 weeks. Then radio silence for over a month at this point. Have to assume I didn’t get it but should be able to communicate that to me clearly.

it was good. first was with hr and then hiring manager. but got ghosted by hr after 1st round. even though i answered all questions. it was all about sales and payments
good, structured, efficient process. know how the overall interview process will go and be like before hand so i can set my expectations before interviewing with them. can be clearer in between interviews to give updates to the candidate
