Then completed psychometric games test, which creates a personality profile of you as well as assessing your cognitive level. There's no right or wrong answers just be yourself. Also the scores don't matter it's about how you answer.

It was four months of interviews. The process included three rounds, one written assignment, and a live interview with the recruiter. the questions were easy and general. casual speaking. no stressful environment.

Entrevista
The interview was online in MS Teams. Once I applied for a role, HR manager contacted me via phone and scheduled an interview. There he asked about my previous experience. Within two weeks iI got a response that I was invited to the second interview, with my manager. It was again online. Everything was fine, there were questions about the experience and also some case-questions.
