Had 2 phone interviews, one with hiring manager, one with sr. director. First one was an informational interview, second was more of a resume screening. You're grilled on academic projects, work experience, technical skill level.. Didn't get offer.

Discover Visa Event - For students who identify as women. First registration process involved submitting resume and answer to two questions. Based on these, if you get shortlisted, yoi have go to the Visa office and interact with women leaders at Visa and get to know about the opportunities they are offering.

first, I filled out the application and then we had 15-20-minute interview. the interviewer was kind and supported me during the interview. it went smoothly. sometimes i did not know how to answer a question and interviewer was okay to wait a little bit until i think about how to answer
